Terms and Conditions

1. The purchase of a Sleep Programme Consultation (the “Consultations”) will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

2. The full fee for The Sleep Cure services is due on booking your Consultation with The Sleep Cure.

3. If the Sleep Programme is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the consultation) the following terms and conditions apply:

Less than 24 hours’ notice – no amount will be refunded

24- 48 hours’ notice – 50% of full amount will be refunded

More than 48 hours’ notice – 100% will be refunded to the client

4. If a Client demonstrates exceptional circumstances as the reason for a cancellation within 48 hours of the booking time, The Sleep Cure, on a case by case basis, may accept a rescheduled appointment within 1 week of the original booking time.

5. The Sleep Cure reserves the right to cancel Consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of The Sleep Cure cancelling, the Client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred.

6. In respect of each programme (the “Programme”) granted by The Sleep Cure to the Client, the Client agrees that it shall not provide the Programme to any third party who is not a Client.

7. Advice given by The Sleep Cure is intended as advice related to sleep and is not intended as a substitute for medical advice from a GP or other medical expert.

8. The Sleep Cure advises to the best of their ability, experience and training but does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep and behavioural work that does not achieve the desired result following the Consultations process.

9. If the Client’s child has an underlying health condition, The Sleep Cure reserves the right to not proceed with the Consultation. If this is the case, the Client will receive a full refund.

10. If it’s found to be the Client’s child’s age is under 5 months and this hasn’t been explicitly stated to The Sleep Cure, the Company reserves the right to not proceed with the Consultation. If this is the case, the Client will receive a full refund.

11. The Sleep Cure is contactable at any time between the hours of 07:00- 19:00 but will respond when possible, as soon as possible after receipt of the contact from the Client, notwithstanding personal circumstances or holidays.

12. The Sleep Cure is willing to travel, on a case by case basis, to clients outside the South East of England. Should travel be necessary, the Home Consultation price will be reflected to cover all reasonable expenses incurred including but not limited to travel, travel time and accommodation.

13. The Sleep Cure reserves the right to cease the provision of support in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: abuse or harassment from a Client to one of The Sleep Cure team.

14. The Sleep Cure reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.

15. At The Sleep Cure, the safety, wellbeing, and protection of children is our highest priority. We are committed to ensuring that all children supported through our services are cared for in a safe, secure, and supportive environment.

 16. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all children supported by The Sleep Cure are protected from harm and provide guidance to families and staff on safeguarding responsibilities and reporting procedures.

 17. This policy applies to all staff, sleep consultants, and practitioners working with The Sleep Cure and all families engaging with The Sleep Cure for sleep support services.

18. All support is delivered after careful assessment of the child’s and family’s needs.

 19. Families are provided guidance on safe practices, routines, and expectations for sleep support sessions.

 20. Consultants are instructed on safeguarding best practices and always maintaining professional boundaries.

 21. Staff and practitioners are encouraged to maintain up-to-date safeguarding training.

 22. The Sleep Cure provides ongoing guidance and resources on child protection, wellbeing, and professional development.

 23. Families are offered advice on safe routines and child wellbeing, including how to identify and respond to potential concerns.

 24. Any concerns regarding the safety or wellbeing of a child must be reported immediately to The Sleep Cure. The Sleep Cure will investigate concerns promptly and may liaise with relevant authorities if required. Families and staff are expected to cooperate fully with safeguarding procedures and investigations.

 25. Information relating to safeguarding concerns is treated with the strictest confidentiality. Disclosure is only made to relevant parties as necessary to protect the child or fulfil legal obligations.

 26. The Sleep Cure is responsible for ensuring that all practitioners and families are aware of this policy and adhere to it. Practitioners are responsible for always acting in the best interests of the child and reporting any safeguarding concerns. Families are responsible for providing a safe environment and promptly reporting any concerns to The Sleep Cure.

 27. This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure it reflects current safeguarding best practices, legal requirements and industry standards. Updates are communicated to all practitioners and families as required.
