    • A 60- minute phone or video consultation with Letitia

    • A comprehensive review of 3-4 days of a sleep diary assessment to assess your child’s current sleep patterns, routines, environment and any other contributing factors

    • A fully personalised sleep plan with step-by-step guidance tailored to your goals and parenting style

    • 3 weeks of unlimited follow up support via email or Whatsapp to review any questions, concerns or to provide progress updates and allowing adjustments and encouragement as needed

    • Final summary and next steps to keep you on track beyond our time together

    • This package is suitable for expectant parents between 28- 36 weeks pregnant or those with a baby under 4 months

    • This session focuses on setting up positive sleep foundations from day one, without rigid routines or pressure.
